Ritesh has 11 years of experiential journey, He has been working towards promoting inclusive education, active citizenship, and constitutional learning. Ritesh is passionate about working with youth and artists. He is a Singer and Music producer, he has expertise in composing social songs.

Kavita Sonkiya
Kavita did her MSc and MPhil before working with Government schools for the past 8 years. She worked as a school teacher at a government school and then joined SHEDO as Co-founder in order to give her best in child education through innovative education techniques, designing experiential education programs, and better reading, writing, and learning methods. She is working with women with a vision of a just and equal society.

Anshul Singh Sikarwar
Anshul is enthusiastic development professional with cross-functional experience in research, need assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring. He did his Engineering before pursuing Master's in Rural Development from TISS. He worked with MoRD for the implementation and planning of RURBAN mission. He has worked extensively with youths and has expertise in session and module designing.
